Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over €200.

Orders below €200 are subject to the shipping fee shown at checkout.

Free pick-up in Amsterdam is also available by appointment.

​Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Returns

You have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. 

​

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact Hester within the 14-day period.

After notifying Studio Laut, please return the item within 14 days.

​

The jewellery must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.

 

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

 

Once the returned item has been received and checked, the purchase amount will be refunded using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable law.

 

Please note that you are responsible for the returned item until it has been received by Studio Laut.

Bespoke jewellery

Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you and are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the piece is defective or does not conform to the agreed design.
