1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Studio Laut webshop.

 

2. Products
All Studio Laut jewellery is handcrafted and one of a kind. Product descriptions, materials and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation by email.

5. Delivery & Pick-up
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over €200. Free pick-up is available in Amsterdam by appointment.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for details.

7. Legal Guarantee
All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee applicable under Dutch law.
